A class survey

Sport

In this survey, I asked twenty people in my class about the sports they have played this week. I also them about adventure sports.

Most people in my class have played sports this week, but some people are not doing anything (four persons). Three persons do Hip-Hop. Only one person go kayaking. Four play football. One go rollerblading, and another rides a quad. Five people play tennis, and one person goes skiing.

Some people in my class have tried an adventure sports. No people in my class have tried mountain biking and most people have tried climbing. No one has tried skydiving.

Double vision

A school in Cheshire, England, now specializes in teaching... twins!There are 20 sets of twins at the school this year. It isn't always easy for the teachers. "One pair of twins are so alike that even their brother gets them mixed up, says the headmaster.

Talking about preferences

• Mum: Where do you want to go on holiday this summer?
• Sal: Er, I know, let's go to Spain!
• Mum: Spain? I'd rader go to Scotland.
• Sal: But it's cold there. Why can't we go to the beach?
• Mum: We could stay at a campsite.
• Sal: No, I don't like that idea
• Mum: Well, how do you fancy staying in castle?
• Sal: Yeah, that's a great idea. We've never stayed in a castle!

Asking for and giving advice

• Sal: Hey, Anna. Are you OK?
• Anna: No, I don't feel very well
• Sal: Why, what's wrong?
• Anna:I've got a headache.
• Sal: Have you taken an aspirin?
• Anna:Yes, I have but I still feel terrible
• Sal: Well, You should tell the teacher. You really shouldn't do P.E!
• Anna: Yes, I suppose you're right.

A description of a TV programme

My favourite TV programme is the Skins.
I like the programme. It's great. I also think it's exciting.

In the series, she muffers anorexia. She live with her family in the town. She goes to secondary school and she has an ordanary live with her friends.

In my opinion, the best character i the main character. I like her because she's interesting and very beauriful.

The series is one of the most popular written for teenagers and has sold over 17 million copies in 37 countries. The other books in the series, New Moon and Eclipse, follow the adventures of Bella. The final book, Breaking Down, is the grand finale.
